 Terms and Conditions — Cruz's Mobile Detailing

These terms apply to all services booked with Cruz's Mobile Detailing ("we," "us," or "our"). By booking a service, you agree to these terms.

Services

We provide mobile auto detailing services at your home, work, or another agreed location in our service area (Hamilton County, Indiana). We operate **by appointment only**.

Booking and payment

- Appointments are scheduled through our online booking system (Urable) or by phone/text at (317) 800-5699.
- Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payments processed through Square and other methods we make available.
- Prices are confirmed at booking. If a vehicle's condition requires additional work (for example, severe stains, pet hair, or odor), we will discuss any price change with you before proceeding.

## Cancellations and rescheduling

- Please give us at least **24 hours' notice** to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- We may reschedule appointments due to severe weather or unsafe conditions, and we will work with you to find a new time.

Your responsibilities

- Provide reasonable access to the vehicle, and a work area we can use safely.
- Remove personal valuables from the vehicle before your appointment. We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle.
- Let us know about any pre-existing damage, sensitive surfaces, or aftermarket modifications before we begin.

## Gift cards

- Gift cards are redeemable for detailing services only and are **not redeemable for cash**, except where required by law.
- Gift cards are **valid through November 1, 2027**.
- Treat your gift card like cash — we are not responsible for lost or stolen cards.

Text messaging terms

By providing your mobile number and giving consent, you agree to receive text messages from Cruz's Mobile Detailing about appointments, service updates, and promotional offers.

- **Message frequency varies.**
- **Message and data rates may apply.**
- **Reply STOP to opt out** at any time. **Reply HELP** for assistance.
- Consent is **not a condition of purchasing** any service.

## Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Indiana law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim. Our work is performed with professional care; however, detailing cannot restore pre-existing wear, damage, or defects.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana.
